Volunteer opportunities: canaries, workers, eagles

Greetings!

We have several volunteer opportunities in May. On the 6th and 7th we need help with a reed canary research project. It would involve a full day of field work recording information from 1 meter quadrats. Approximately 100+ quadrats will be sampled. Times are 8am - 4 pm.

We also need help on the 11th preparing and serving lunch to 50+ AmeriCorps workers at the weaver dunes office of the Nature Conservancy.

Lastly, on the 15th we will be conducting bald eagle production surveys on the river between Wabasha, Mn and Pickwick, MN.

Please contact Brian Pember for more details, or to volunteer.
